Straightforward with an outstanding GM his name is German and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him or anyone on his staff. I went to three other stores and have had sprint for over 10 years and never met another store friendlier or more helpful. NO GAMES NO NONSENSE. Best Sprint store hands down.
